Still Life Photography with the White Plexiglass Table Using Any Lighting – Many techniques will be discussed on how to use the white plexiglass table. The attendees will learn how to work from different angles by adjusting the plexiglass background, the camera, and the light for rich subject reflections. Props like a silver reflector, a gel, or a snoot will be shown on how to bring out the subject. The flash and continuous lighting will start with one light and end up using multiple lights. The attendees will also learn how to add natural light. The appropriate camera settings will be discussed. Photo processing will involve Adobe Photoshop and Bridge.
This workshop is about three parts:
Part 1 – Presentation on the white plexiglass table, camera settings, and equipment.
Part 2 – A virtual or a live demonstration of how to use the equipment.
Part 3 – A virtual or a live demonstration on how to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Camera Raw.

Light Painting in Still Life Photography Workshop – The attendees will learn about the several types of LED lights to use. White scrims and filters will be discussed to soften the light. Equipment for holding the background and light will be illustrated. Props like the white card and reflector will be demonstrated for affecting the light. Modern and homemade equipment will be discussed. The appropriate camera settings will be discussed. These attendees will learn how to use multiple exposures of several frames to create the final image with Adobe Photoshop and Bridge. Masking in Adobe Photoshop will be illustrated for the final master art file. The attendees will learn to use the selection tools for editing a still life photograph. Many tips for quick photo processing will be demonstrated.

Part 2 – A virtual or a live demonstration on how to use LED lights with filters and scrims.
Part 3 – A virtual or a live demonstration on how to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Bridge to process the images.
